British professional boxer Anthony Oluwafemi Olaseni Joshua celebrated his 29th birthday with a delicious-looking chocolate cake. But do you know the number of calories it contained? It contained an amazing 7,500 Calories.
Isn’t that amazing! But Joshua is least concerned as he knows that he can burn that in about a day and a half of training.
He celebrated his Birthday along with his family members and few close friends. The massive chocolate cake contained sparklers, ten Ferrero Rocher, two packs of Maltesers, 12 Kinder Bueno bars and nine Oreos.
So if we count the calories in each and every ingredient it comes down to 7,534 calories which are around 1,000 calories per slice.
Anthony Joshua surely loves his food and loves to live his life to the fullest. Last year before his bout with Joseph Parker, He was on a 5,000-calorie a day diet that included chicken wings, Chinese food and pizza.
But because of his sheer hard work and training regime – it’s pretty easy for him to burn that massive amount of calories. Joshua is renowned for his Adonis body and ripped six pack and shoulders, especially when faced with making weight for a big bout.
Joshua in an earlier interview told that he gets 10 hours sleep a day and drink five litres of water. He also added that his diet has helped him add power. In the past, I didn’t eat enough. I’d have breakfast, snack during the day and then not eat until dinner. Today, I’ve had two meals already and it’s not even lunchtime.
