Soon, they were 97 for four and then 126 for 5. Had Ravi Ashwin and Wriddhiman Saha not been there, India would have succumbed very soon. Ashwin (75) and Saha (46) put together an unbeaten 108 runs stand and played till the end of the day’s play.
