There has been quite an ongoing wave of latest sports drama being produced in Bollywood. In case one is living under a rock, we’re talking about Ranveer Singh starring ’83 and it has quickly become the talk of the town. The sports drama is based on India’s iconic win against West Indies in 1983. The movie traces Kapil Dev’s journey as a newly-appointed captain of the Indian cricket team and the recognition of a young nation in world cricket.
