Kohli was on a lookout for this sportswear deal since then. It seems his hunt ends here. Kohli has joined Usain Bolt and Argentine footballer Sergio Aguero in the list of sportspersons who endorse brand Puma.
Virat posted a picture on his Twitter to announce the new tie-up:
A new era begins now. With @PUMA. #Forever #ForeverFaster pic.twitter.com/3d4rS3aHou

Puma is targeting Indian markets
Earlier Puma had roped in Yuvraj Singh to become his brand ambassador. Yuvraj was wearing the brand’s gloves, pads and shoes and played with a bat with Puma logo pasted on the bat. However, there has not been any activity between the two since a long time and it seems that silently the two have moved on.
With this tie-up with Kohli, Puma has again made headlines and also indicated that Indian cricket interests them.
Puma had also brought Arsenal stars Theiry Henry and Robert Pires for a promotional event in India which was a big winner. They also had the likes of Virender Sehwag, Esha Gupta, Harbhajan Singh, Esha Gupta and Neha Dhupia to watch Arsenal playing.
Now with Virat Kohli in their bag, they are quickly cementing their place in Indian sporting pitch. Kohli already endorses 16 brands, including MRF, which also can be seen on his bat. Sources also say that Kohli’s 18-month Audi deal is also up for renewal.
No guessing, who is making all these runs for India. Who’s earning the big bucks? We believe that has also been answered.
