There is a saying ‘Family that eats together stays together’ and Team India cricketers are setting a good example of the same. Whenever the team travels abroad for away series, they spend time together and have fun, which definitely helps in building a strong bonding among team members.
Two new players recently entered the team India family. Deepak Chahar and Krunal Pandya were drafted into the side after performing well for India A in England. Both the players came into the side as a replacement for pacer Jasprit Bumrah and all-rounder Washington Sundar who suffered injuries ahead of 1st T20.
Both the cricketers, who received their maiden call-up to the national side were warmly received by the team but were also made to suffer in a fun way. Both Chahar and Pandya were made to introduce themselves by standing on the chair in front of the whole team just ahead of the first T20 International against England in Manchester on Tuesday. Opener Shikhar Dhawan recorded the video of the same and posted it on his Instagram story.
Both the players unlikely to feature in the second T20, they can still hope for debut if the men-in-blue decides to make changes in the third T20I if the team manages to seal the series.
