54 runs at 18 with 2 wickets during 3-ODI series against New Zealand. After that, 18 runs at 9 with 4 wickets during 3-ODI series against Sri Lanka. And now against South Africa in the ongoing series, only 26 runs at 8.66 with 3 wickets. All these numbers are of Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya. All these stats indicate towards only one thing and it is that Pandya is certainly not living up to the expectation and to his potential as well. In batting, he got promotion but did not work out. Moreover, his under-par consistent performance is surely getting hidden because of India’s winning-run in ODIs but that does not mean Pandya can stretch his career by going the same way. After such disappointing run as fast bowling all-rounder, selectors would definitely start looking for options and meanwhile, we look at five such uncapped Indian cricketers from the domestic circuit who can replace Pandya in ODIs.
India’s U-19 World Cup hero Kamlesh Nagarkoti is among the trending name in current domestic cricket circuit of the nation. After giving stellar performances in the ICC U-19 World Cup 2018, Nagarkoti bagged huge sum of Rs 3.2 crore in the IPL 2018 auction.
It was his fiery pace bowling which made him bag such big amount in the IPL auction but he is also pretty good with bat. Well, it was his bad luck and India’s good luck that he got to bat barely in the tournament.
If one wants to know how good is Nagarkoti with bat, then let’s take a look at his performance in last year’s Vijay Hazare Trophy. Playing for Rajasthan in 2016-17 season, Nagarkoti 114 runs at 57 with the strike-rate of 83.82. He also scalped 9 wickets — the most by any bowler from Rajasthan in that season of Vijay Hazare Trophy.
Few good performances with bat will make him contention for India’s next fast bowling all-rounder.

Also, in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy 2017-18, Shankar has scored 200 runs at 50 with the strike-rate of 101.01 and took 3 wickets from 5 games with the economy rate of 3.91
