The Royal Challengers Bangalore captain is completely focused on utilising the time to work on his physical training and fitness. Recently, Kohli has been sharing photos and videos of his gym sessions on his social media handles. Now, he has posted a video post his workout session where he is talking about his gym routine.
â€œJust got off the treadmill, finished one set of sprinting, after six sets of toe-bells â€“ 30 seconds each, which is putting this band around your waist and doing high knees with resistance. Now, I’m doing sprint work. Today is my conditioning session and I’m totally loving it. I hope you guys made most of your day and did something productive when it comes to fitness,” says Virat.
