Talk about top footballers’ insane wealth and the assets they own. It is all so magnificent that it only sounds like a dream for most. One such footballer is Swiss professional Xherdan Shaqiri who plays as a winger for Premier League club Liverpool and the Swiss National Team.
Not just former Stoke star Shaqiri’s impressive career graph is filled with footballing heavyweights, from Bayern Munich to Liverpool via Inter Milan but his collection of cars is just as classy. He loves to pose with his motors and it is evident in the pictures. And, here, we take a look at his fleet of motors which includes two Rolls Royce, a Bentley, Mercedes G-Wagon, plus a collection of Volkswagen.
Rolls Royce Wraith (Black and White)
The Liverpool ace owns this black Rolls Royce Wraith which is worth more than £250,000. The Wraith boasts of a 6.6 litre V12 twin-turbocharged engine capable of reaching 60mph in 4.4 seconds.
Shaqiri loved this car so much that he also owns one in white.
The Rolls Royce Wraith is also owned by other footballers Lukaku and Pogba. Rolls Royce describes it as their most powerful model and the beautiful beast stands out, thanks to its doors that open backwards.
The Continental, which costs £168,000, has a mammoth 6.0-litre engine with 626 bhp which is capable of exceeding 200mph. And as it suggests, it was once the most liked car by Premier League players and clearly, Shaqiri is a fan too.
Shaqiri’s G-Wagon has a 5.5L engine which is capable of hitting 130mph and the engine had 571BHP. The former Stoke man got this beauty kitted out in a matte maroon colour with glossy black 20-inch alloys.
This is just another one most liked by Premier League players.
When he’s not cruising in his Roller or Bentley, he drives around in a Volkswagen Touareg, VW’s flagship 4×4 which starts from £47,165 and was made to rival Audi’s Q7, Porches’ Cayenne and the BMW X5. The off-roader can come with 335bhp which sees it reach 0-60mph in 5.6 seconds.
This is another one in his VW collection of cars which starts at just £34,745 and has been described as the company car of motors. Not one of the fancy types but this is what gets the Liverpool man from his home to the training ground.
