Arsene Wenger despite stepping away from Arsenal after 22 years at the end of the season has firmly stated that he won’t be retiring from management in club football. Speaking prior to Arsenal’s heavyweight clash against Atletico Madrid at the Emirates stadium in a Europa League semi-final, Wenger stated, “I hope these are not my last European cup games, my target is to play in Europe again. ” He also added that he has never taken a break from management and doesn’t plan to do so now. “I’ve had no break [from football management] for 35 years. You can look around, and that doesn’t exist. I don’t know now how addicted I am. I am like a guy who plays Russian roulette every week and suddenly has no gun. I will see how much I miss that gun.” With Wenger confirming that he has no plans to retire, we take a look at the clubs which could be interested in hiring the services of the experienced Frenchman.
