Former Premier League Champions were hit by unfortunate grief when their beloved Thai owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha met his untimely demise in a helicopter crash outside the club’s King Power Stadium after their clash against West Ham United. The whole club, as well as the city of Leicester, was left stunned by the news and tributes started to pour in from all over the globe for the man who had contributed his heart and soul to the community.
Leicester City sealed an emotional 1-0 win against Cardiff City in tribute to their owner and then immediately flew to the Thai capital of Bangkok in order to attend his funeral. Kun Vichai’s funeral will be held for 7 days and Leicester players were seen paying their respects.

In-demand defender Harry Maguire who almost joined Manchester United in the summer was also seen with a garland in his hand in order to pay tribute to the deceased owner.
Veteran defender Danny Simpson was also seen in a somber mood in light of the horrific tragedy.
Manager Claude Puel along with captain Wes Morgan and goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel who witnessed the incident first hand could also be seen attending for the funeral.
