Manchester United and Hollywood legend Wayne Rooney has learned a thing or two from Sir Alex Ferguson’s book of management it seems after he was seen strictly disciplining his two-year-old kid Kit who was throwing tantrums on the street.
The entire Rooney family was taking an early morning stroll on the streets of Washington DC, where Rooney currently plies his trade in the MLS for DC United.
According to a report in The Sun, Kit was messing around and wanted to do something which Wayne and Coleen were not happy about. So the multi-million pound Wayne simply picked up Kit from the street and started walking leaving his kid in a pool of tears.
Here are a few photos to prove the incident:
A source told The Sun on the incident, “The Rooneys were enjoying a nice relaxing day out, and Kit wanted to do something which Wayne and Coleen were unhappy about. He wouldn’t listen so Wayne just picked him up and carried him. Wayne doesn’t take any messing but Kit was fine a few minutes later and was dashing around as usual.”
This incident should not come as a surprise to anyone as Wayne’s wife Coleen had previously revealed that the footballer was a very strict disciplinarian when it came to his kids.
She had said, “He’s quite strict and I never thought he would be like that. I always thought I would be the stricter one. But he doesn’t really have no messing. But then other times he is like a big kid with them.”
