Formula 1 giants Aston Martin Red Bull Racing have announced a renewed partnership with the ‘designers of innovative, finely crafted eyewear,’ DITA. DITA’s association with Red Bull dates back to February 2018 as the suppliers of their drivers’ sunglasses and trackside personnel. And as far as the branding goes, the company’s logo featured in and around Red Bull Racing’s team garage.
Red Bull, who finished third in 2018’s constructor’s championship, have seen a crucial overhaul going into the new season. Apart from promoting Pierre Gasly from Toro Rosso to replace Daniel Ricciardo (who has moved to Renault), the team has taken a massive step by partnering with Honda power units as their new engine suppliers.
“It’s fantastic to add a stylish new partner to the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing stable,” said Christian Horner, Team Principal of Red Bull.
DITA crafts their eyewear to perfection. As Red Bull quotes, the Lancier – in particular – is designed for land, sea and air and is coupled with the advanced lens technology which provides a better focus. Need a detailed walkthrough? Well, let’s put it this way; there will be no containment of dust or even water on the surface, making it one astounding design for the athletes.
DITA’s first partnership with Red Bull was announced in the same month last year when Daniel Ricciardo stole the glamour with his stunning looks. The idea back then, though, was to mash the industrial revolution to the glamour of Hollywood’s golden age. And to say this worked to absolute perfection would be an utter understatement.
Red Bull have been taking giant strides as far as the sponsorship goes. It was only yesterday that they announce a two-year deal with FuturoCoin, which is Formula 1’s first ever cryptocurrency sponsorship. Although it is hard to see any connection between these two firms, having been associated with a team of Red Bull’s stature is sure to give FuturoCoin decent traction.
The list of their sponsors stretches up to Tag Heuer, AT&T, Citrix, Puma and Exxonmobil.
