Bollywood icon Salman Khan too has joined in the chorus of celebrities who have been arriving in Bhubaneshwar to support the Indian Hockey Team in their quest to win the Hockey World Cup. The Indian team got off to a blistering start in their campaign, thrashing the South African team 5-0 in their opening encounter in the tournament.
Other celebrities like Shah Rukh, AR Rahman and Madhuri Dixit have already made their presence felt during the event performing ceremony of the tournament. The ‘Bhai of Bollywood’ who has delivered some of the biggest hits in the history of the Indian film industry also arrived in Bhubaneshwar on the day of the match in the evening and a huge crowd gathered at the city airport to get a glimpse of the superstar. Salman was in the city to attend a function by for the Indian Hockey Team in Cuttack on Wednesday.
