Rafael Nadal has achieved everything he has set out to do in his life. He has accomplished everything in his professional career, winning 14 Grand Slams and becoming one of the greatest players to have ever played the game of tennis. The tennis legend has now set his sights on achieving another dream of his.
Rafael Nadal is a die-hard Real Madrid fan, a club he has supported since his childhood. Now, the Spanish player has stated that he wants to become the President of Real Madrid in the future. He also admits that the chances of him becoming the President in the future is pretty slim. Nadal also stated that Real Madrid had an exceptional President in the form of Fiorentino Perez currently.
Nadal stated, “If you ask me if I would like it, of course I would, why not? But there is more to it… I think it will not be. We are very good as we are. We have a great president right now and I don’t think Real Madrid need me, but we never know what can happen in the future. It is not something I can raise today.”
With the list of accomplishments which Nadal already has in his career, one shouldn’t really be surprised if he ended up becoming the President of Real Madrid in the near future.
