The Attitude era of WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment)in late 90’s and early 2000 saw some of the best divas to have graced the wrestling ring. The like of Trish Status, Beth Phoenix, Stacy Keibler, and Torrie Wilson ruled the era thanks to their amazing body.
There was another diva who had a huge fan following and was loved by fans for her athleticism in the ring. She was a 4 time WWE Women’s champion and was also part of team Hardy’s. Meet Amy Dumas aka Lita, she performed as a wrestler with WWE from 2000 to 2006 and has since made part-time appearances with the company. She was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014.

She likes to live on juices and recently has been on a 13-day juice diet plan. During this period, she totally restrains herself from eating raw food and lives on juices of fruits and vegetables instead.
While fasting she is totally on juices. Even when she is not fasting she has juices on many days of the week. According to her, juice fasts help in increasing and improving blood circulation and other areas like skin, heart, cholesterol etc.
According to Lita, fruits and vegetables should be introduced in the diet first. Then nuts, beans and seeds can be added. She drinks juices of various fruits and vegetables including apple, lemon, spinach, kale, purple, collards, fennel, carrot, basil, rainbow, purple cabbage etc.
She also drinks other juices like mustard greens, angula, peppers, beets, mustard greens etc, but in lower quantity. This is so because they are earthy/ spicy.
According to Lita a good diet plan is important for all individuals but it becomes highly important for those who participate in any kind of sport, especially wrestling. The sport of wrestling demands a lot of strength.
