ICC 2023 World Trials Championship Final, 2023 Pataudi Trophy

India and England played 4 Test Match Series in the month of February. The England cricket team defeated India in the first match. Double Century by Joe Root Help England win. But after that, the Indian team fought back hard. They win the fourth and final test match by one inning. By defeating England in the Test Series, India regained the No. 1 spot in Test Cricket and also reached the final of the ICC World Test Championship Final 2023.

After completing the final of the World Test Championship, India will face the England team for the Test Series. The test match series of five will begin on August 4, 2023. It will be the fifth edition of the Pataudi Trophy since its inception in 2007. The Indian Cricket team set a new record under its name. They received Test Mace for five consecutive years.
