Australia’s team is going on a series against Pakistan after 1998. The last time the Australian team toured Pakistan was in 1998. Mark Taylor was then the captain of Australia.
The Pakistan tour schedule has been approved at the Cricket Australia meeting on 4 February.
After the tour was approved, Australia Board Chief Executive Nick Hockley said,
I thank the PCB and the governments of both Pakistan and Australiadue to which the tour program went ahead for the first time in 24 years.

The first Test of the series will be played in Rawalpindi from March 4.
The last two Tests of this series are going to play in Karachi and Lahore.
Three ODIs and one T20 will be held in Rawalpindi. Of the seven matches between the two teams.
Five will be played in Rawalpindi.
The Australian team will reach Islamabad on February 27. Here all the players will remain in isolation for one day.
