Chris Paul is an American professional basketball player who plays for the Houston Rockets. The point guard has won the NBA Rookie of the Year Award, an NBA All-Star Game Most Valuable Player Award, two Olympic gold medals, and led the NBA in assists four times and steals at least six times. What’s more, Chris also wins in his personal life – at being a great father to his four children.
Chris once shared this super-cute image of his children dressed in cowboy and country attire. Paul was born and brought up in North Carolina and clearly, his kids seem to have the same fashion choices ingrained in them!
Don’t you just love it when kids join their athlete parents in the gym? Chris and his daughter can be seen enjoying their time together in the gym as they pass the ball to each other. The duo is then joined by the eldest son, Christopher Emmanuel II.
Chris’ kids often make an appearance at their father’s NBA matches. What’s surprising is that Christopher loves football much more than basketball and Chris is totally cool with that!
“The thing that you learn as a parent is that you’re going to love whatever makes your kids happy,” Paul says.
Chris pampers his four children most times but he also knows where to draw the line with them. For example, he does not mind being the bad cop when it comes to restricting his children from using electronics. He once said that his kids are only allowed to use their iPads over the weekend. This particular rule reminds him of his childhood days when he and his brother used to be restricted by their parents on the use of electronics during the week.
