Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya is currently on a recovery break from the back injury he sustained during the Asia Cup 2018 in Dubai. Pandya suffered an injury in the very first game of the tournament against Pakistan as he fell after delivering a ball and was later stretchered off the field.
The cricketer seems to be not only enjoying the recovery process but also made the headlines in the media for smoking during MS Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Dhoni’s birthday celebration.
While the video has gone viral on social media, the cricketer recently posted a video of his training session with his fans to keep them in the loop about how his recovery.

In a recent Video, the cricketer revealed that he has started bowling after a period of 60 days and also had batting session to test his lower back.

While team India is currently in Australia for a T-20I, ODI and Test series Pandya spoke about his recovery from the injury “I’m trying hard to be fit for the ODI series against Australia to start in January 2019. To get back to full fitness, I’m going through rigorous bowling sessions in Mumbai. I have just started bowling after 60 days. Once I bowl a few overs in the ODIs, I think I should be on the right track,” he said.
Pandya’s next assignment is in December when he will play for India A side in the three one-day games against New Zealand A that will be played on December 7, 9 and 11. The series will also present the selectors a chance to test Pandya’s fitness.
