Australian pacer Josh Hazlewood has been bowling really well in this series, however, the wickets tally might not reflect the same. He has been shooting some unplayable deliveries at the batsman. On Wednesday, he fired shot at the Indian team, saying that the pressure will be on the Indian team going into the fourth Test match in Dharamsala.
Hazlewood said, “The pressure is firmly on them.”
He further said that the focus of the Australian team is on winning the series rather than settling for a draw. He said, “We can draw it but we obviously want to win it, win 2-1 and win a series in India which rarely happens.”
Hazelwood was very open to give his view on the importance of the wicket on offer in Dharamsala. He said, “I think the wicket will determine a result. They (India) need to win so the wicket they serve up will bring a result into the game.”
Off-late, Australian media has been writing negative comments against Indian captain Virat Kohli, the most recent being the one where The Daily Telegraph drew comparisons between him and Donald Trump. Indian batsman Cheteshwar Pujara rubbished the statement, saying it is sad to hear such comments.
The last Test has already seen things getting heated up. Hope that cricket takes the centerstage when the game starts.
