India’s young sensation Prithvi Shaw is currently the talk of the town after his fantastic debut series for the national side against the visiting West Indies side. The youngster scored237 runs (with an average of 118.5) & became the youngest Indian cricketer to score a century on Test debut. Currently, he is touring Australia as a part of Indian test side.
His exploits with the bat have not only brought him in the spotlight but also earned him endorsement deals. The Young batting sensation recently signed a deal Youva which is a stationery brand from Navneet to promote an education group.
According to insidesport the new deal will see Shaw featuring in a line of exclusive, limited edition stationery, inspired by and with inputs from this rising star. He will also be the face of the Youva Student Council, a platform which allows the students to associate with the brand as the “Youva Student Ambassador”.
The young batsman entered the endorsement world last year when he signed a three-year deal with MRF in 2017 making him the youngest multi-millionaire cricketer. Earlier this year he inked a five-year deal with Danone, the global food supplement producer and owner of Protinex.
The 19-year-old Mumbai boy captained the India U-19 cricket team to World Cup glory in February this year. He first came into limelight in 2013 when he scored 546 off 330 balls in Harris Shield Match. There has been no looking back since as he kept on breaking numerous records at the domestic level to finally earn the call-up for the India cricket team.
