Ace Indian cueist Pankaj Advani beat Aditya Mehta 5-1 to clinch the third Kolkata Open National Invitational Snooker Championship. Mehta who was a two-time defending champion before this loss was completely outplayed by Advani.
“Love to play international tournament here, BRC brings out my best. Looking forward to play more games here in future,” said Advani after a convincing win at the tournament. Mehta led 47-5 but Advani held his composure to cruise to a 3-0 lead and was up 4-0 at the break.Pankaj later produced an identical 101 break to seal Kolkata Open.
