And PUMA are at it once again… Adding further oomph to their list of already luscious designs, the German sports manufacturing giants have assembled the last move of 2018 by launching a stunning new Glory Pack, consisting of two of their finest designs; the ONE 19.1 and Future 2.1 boots.
Available for sale from December 26, the boots will be worn by the Manchester City pair of Sergio Agüero (ONE) and David Silva (ONE) and Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren (Future) on Boxing Day. Hitting the footballing circle in a rose-gold colourway, the designs have been crafted to celebrate the icons of the game.
Tailored to absolute perfection, both ONE and the Future designs come in a double split colourway. Apart from the rose-gold texture, the tongue followed by the eyelet, the throat line and the collar come in a black colour. Furthermore, what makes this design irresistible is the fact that its soul also carries that sleek rose-gold plate. And yes, these two designs will be the limited editions pieces, with only 1000 pairs will be made available for sale.
Apart from its limited-edition attribute, only the players from the English Premier League – of PUMA’s roster – will be seen donning the design. So as the league approach its business end, apart from the aforementioned names, also expect the likes of Olivier Giroud, Romelu Lukaku (if available) and Hector Bellerin donning the design.
2018 has been one amazing year for PUMA, to say the least. Apart from acquiring some of the best names in their roster, they have made sure their presence never go unnoticed. Quite recently, they dignified the Ballon d’Or winner Ada Hegerberg by presenting her a custom-made gold Puma One boots, with the message ‘Believe in yourself’ imprinted on it.
Furthermore, it is well and truly expected that roster will soon get strengthen in 2019 and the fact that Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante was spotted training in the blackout edition of the Next-Gen PUMA ONE Boots is the perfect specimen of it. The other players in the corresponding fray are Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk and Bayern Munich midfielder Serge Gnabry. The duo was also spotted wearing the next-gen PUMA boots in training.
