German giants Borussia Dortmund have slapped a €70m price tag on their biggest asset, American attacking midfielder Christian Pulisic. The 19-year old is regarded as one of the biggest talents in world football, with a host of clubs interested in his signature, including English clubs Chelsea and Liverpool.
The American teenage sensation can play on the right wing, the left and as a No.10 which makes him all of a more attractive proposition in the transfer market.
He has two years remaining on his current deal and his father has stated before that his ambition lies in playing in the Premier League soon. Speaking to Sky Sports, Mark Pulisic said, “The Premier League is a league where he’s always aspired to be in and play in. As a player nowadays, there are so few players staying at one club throughout a career, the chances of him moving to different clubs and leagues is a high probability.”
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is a big fan on Pulisic, having given him the chance to break through in the first-team at Borussia Dortmund.
Chelsea are also keeping an eye on him as a potential replacement for Willian, who has been linked with a move to Manchester United where he could reunite with his former manager Jose Mourinho.
