Belgian international Eden Hazard is avoiding talks of signing a new deal with Premier League giants Chelsea, as he waits for an offer from La Liga and Champions League holders Real Madrid. The attacker wants to leave Stamford Bridge and join Los Blancos, though the west London giants are willing to pay him a salary of £300,000-a-week and make him the highest player star in the club’s history if he does indeed sign.

The 26-year-old winger has been instrumental in helping the Blues win a couple of league titles in recent times, first under Jose Mourinho and last term under Antonio Conte. He is liked by the fans and the Italian manager as well and is one of the key stars in the team at the moment, which is why the Londoners do not wish to lose him at any cost.

He is not just a renowned goal-scorer but a play-maker as well and has set up goals for his team-mates in various crucial games, helping his team win games single-handedly. The Spanish giants know his worth and have been chasing him for quite some time now, though they have not been able to convince him to leave England thus far.

However, it seems that things could be different this time around, as the player is himself willing to leave the club and move on with his career. Zinedine Zidane is also keen on adding him to his side at the Bernabeu and will be hoping to get a deal done as soon as possible. Apart from Hazard, the club are also looking to sign Thibaut Courtois, whose contract with the club ends at the end of the current term.

Despite that, Chelsea and Conte are trying their best to tie down both players to long-term deals and secure their services, as they look to win more titles including the UEFA Champions LeagueHowever, one thing is for certain that if Perez and co. really want to sign the Chelsea duo, they will really bargain hard and do have the funds to bring them to Madrid. What will happen next, only time will tell.
