Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is confident that Eden Hazard will stay at Stamford Bridge amidst the links of Real Madrid.
The former Lille man has been a sensation this season and has been one of the many reasons due to which Chelsea are sitting on the top pf the log. A few days back, Sky Sports reported that Real Madrid have identified the 26-year-old as a prime target, but are yet to make an official move.
Conte, however, is confident that his prized asset will be here at the Bridge to help him great a new 'Dynasty'. Hazard, who ahs scored 11 goals and 4 assists in the Premier League, is yet to comment on the same and it will be interesting to where he ends up in the coming summer.
"It's very important [to establish] the will of the player. If the player is happy and the player knows he will stay in a great team with great ambition, I don't see any problem.
"Also, this club can call [itself a] Real Madrid. We started to build something important and the ambitions of this club are top; the same as mine, as my players.
"He's a young player and he has a lot of improvement in his path as a footballer. I'm sure about this; that you'd be staying in the right place, in a great club, with great ambition.
"To win the Premier League is a great challenge and a more difficult challenge, for a player or a coach, than all the other leagues. This league is really top in all aspects.
"The only thing I can say is Eden is a Chelsea player, our player. We are happy with him. He is happy with us. I don't see a problem."
Chelsea are going to face a busy summer ahead as Conte will looking to revamp the squad. Diego Costa, in particular, will be under the spotlight as his future is in the midst of nowhere. Furthermore, the Blues are linked with the likes of Alexis Sánchez, Tiemoué Bakayoko, Romelu Lukaku and Virgil van Dijk, hence, expect some busy transfer negotiations ahead.
