Blair took up the sport at a very young age and by the age of 13, just two years after first picking up a club, Blair began playing for the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA).
Her junior career saw her rapidly climbing the success ladder. She was picked on the U.S. Junior Ryder Cup Team in Valderrama, Spain; a selection to AJGA Cannon Cup Team; runner-up in the Woman’s Western Tournament; and a medalist at the AJGA Ping Phoenix Junior Championship. She was also crowned a two time NCAA women’s long-drive champion.
Blair’s golfing career came to standstill after as she found it difficult to make it through the professional rankings. She decided to take a break from the sport and picked up modeling as a career thanks to her stunning looks. Her decision to take a break and enter the modeling world proved a success as she found herself constantly in demand for everything from catwalk shows to print campaigns to television commercials.
In 2008, she was also named one of ‘The Hottest 50 Athletes of All-Time’ by Sports Illustrated and reached the top four of the same magazine’s ‘World’s Hottest Athlete’ contest.
