Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli in order to take his performances to the next level has now turned to a completely vegan diet. Kohli has completely given up meat as well as eggs and other dairy-based foods for a few months now and he believes that it has helped him improve his performance.
Kohli though is not the first athlete in the world to go completely vegan, nor is he the last one. Many athletes believe that giving up meat and eggs would serve them better and enhance the performance of their bodies when they take to their respective sports.
