Martina, who was too thrilled to welcome her firstborn into the world, had a beautiful baby-shower with her girlfriends last month.
The Swiss champion announced her retirement from professional tennis in October 2017 and tied the knot with Herald in July 2018 in Switzerland.
This is Martina’s second stint with marriage as she was earlier in a relationship with Frenchman Thibault Hutin.
Considered as one of the most prodigious talents in tennis, Hingis had won junior French Open title in 1993 at the age of 12. In 1997, Hingis stunned the world by winning Australian Open at 16 years of age and became the youngest Australian Open winner in history.
