Tennis World No.1 Novak Djokovic has had a comeback for the ages in the year 2018. The Serbian icon was struggling with various injuries, especially a troublesome elbow for a couple of years, leading to many experts and fans, writing him off. Many believed that the Serb was well past his prime and his days of competing for the top titles on the ATP circuit were well and truly behind him.
But after regaining his full fitness during mid-season, Djokovic has come roaring back as tiger, embarking on a hot streak which saw him win the last two Grand Slam titles of the year; Wimbledon and the US Open as well as regaining the No.1 spot in the ATP rankings from his long-time rival Rafael Nadal.
After an emotional roller coaster of a season though, Novak Djokovic along with his wife Jelena have embarked on a long-term vacation in a secret location, which by all means appears to be the beautiful country of Japan.
Here are a few Instagram snaps from their travel diaries:
He also then posted a selfie with his lovely wife Jelena on his profile.
Djokovic was also seen practicing the art of the ancient samurai:
Jelena was also quite active on her Instagram, sharing a picture of her on the serene backwaters on a traditional Japanese float boat:
She then shared a beautiful photo of herself captured by her hubby on a camera:

I love how Instagram makes us all look good. But the truth is – to caption this, hubby was holding the shutter button the whole time because I could only hold my balance for less than a second ??? Good job amore! As for the sunset, I have no excuse for that perfection. It just is.
